Mountain House Pkwy, Mountain House <br /> The Environmental Health Department received and reviewed the Surface and Subsurface <br /> Contamination Report (SSCR), prepared by Chesney Consulting, dated April 29, 2019, and <br /> found it to be incomplete. The SSCR did not address the crude oil release from Chevron pipeline <br /> on this property on December 4, 2003. <br /> Submit an addendum to the SSCR in conformity with the provision of San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Appendix 1, Section 9-905.12M, including information and conclusion related <br /> to the 2003 crude oil release, to the Environmental Health Department to determine potential <br /> impact and any mitigation needed. <br /> If the SSCR and its addendum indicate the presence of residues in excess of allowable limits <br /> within the affected area, corrective actions shall be undertaken, as recommended in the report <br /> and concurred with by the County. Said corrective actions shall be conducted in accordance <br /> with the requirements of the County and the applicable State agency.
