CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1900206 <br /> RICHARD A& DRENA Z WAGNER/GIULIANI & KULL, INC. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1900206 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on November 1, 2019, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on May 2, 2021, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact: [209]468-3121) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two(2) parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated September 30, 2019. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contract and shall <br /> enter into a new contract prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. The Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment shall not be recorded until the Williamson Act Contract application has been deemed <br /> complete. Filing Fees are required for this application. (Government Code Section 51257) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Contact: [209] 468-3000, see memo dated October 25, 2019.) <br /> NOTES AND INFORMATION ONLY: <br /> APN: 207-150-01 &207-160-03 is under Williamson Act Contract No. WA-72-C1-0216.
