Patterson Pass Road, Tracy APN: 209-100-24 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Patterson Pass Road has an existing and planned right-of-way of variable width. <br /> Via Nicolo Road has an existing and planned right-of-way of 60 feet. <br /> State Route 580 has an existing and planned right-of-way of per Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application.The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 2.
