The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Muniappa Naidu at (209) 468-3439 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br /> ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br /> California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. <br /> All newly installed monitoring equipment was retested and passed during the <br /> Monitoring Certification. <br /> b. Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5-gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic <br /> test(or equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br /> The 87 spill bucket and the 91 spill bucket was retested and passed. 5 gallon <br /> capacity was also verified on the 91 spill bucket. <br />
