The permit has been approved with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> Additional work done on the same service request. <br /> - Installation of new brine sump sensor on the 91 STP sump <br /> - Replace float on the tank gauge on the 87 tank <br /> - Tightened 91 product line and line test performed. <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Muniappa Naidu at (209) 468-3439 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br /> ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br /> California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. A copy of the alarm <br /> history shall be printed prior to performing the "cold start" of the Veeder Root system <br /> and made available at the time of EHD inspection. <br /> All test and inspection is complete and passed. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br /> inspection and approval. <br />
