All stores are required to go through multiple hazardous waste <br />training sessions. <br />1. The first training session is given when the program is first <br />put into place in the store and is given by PSC <br />Environmental our vendor. <br />a. A copy of the initial training has been provided as <br />Exhibit A. <br />2. The second training session is when the initial computer <br />based training (CBT) program was implemented for all <br />stores. This program is given to all associates annually <br />(June). <br />a. A copy of the training has been provided as Exhibit <br />B. <br />3. Due to the nature of the violation, PSC conducted a re- <br />training at this location on April 4, 2011. <br />a. A copy of the PSC training log is enclosed as <br />Exhibit C. <br />2) Violation #7 — Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste 66262.11 <br />California Code of Regulations (CCR). <br />a. Rite Aid currently works with PSC Environmental Services a national <br />waste hauler. Hazardous waste is scheduled for pickup every six (6) <br />months for each store. Hazardous Waste Manifests are kept in the PSC <br />binder in every store. <br />
