Retail Hazardous Waste Program <br />Retail Hazardous Waste Program <br />What is considered Hazardous Waste? <br />The product is considered hazardous if it falls into one <br />of the State specific or RCRA Hazardous Retail Waste <br />Categories. Currently these categories are: <br />Acids <br />Flammable/Combustibles <br />Oxidizers <br />Poisons <br />If the product is not hazardous, the damaged or <br />outdated returns should be handled through the existing <br />D&O procedures. <br />Specific procedures can be found on the portal under <br />Training > Scan Transfer QR. <br />
