3.8 Liquor and Wine <br /> HazardousRetail <br /> Liquor and Wine <br /> For any unsaleable liquor or wine items a"Liquor Destroy at Store' <br /> transfer label must be used, <br /> •Any liquor items that contain alcohol less <br /> than or equal to 24%or 50 proof can be <br /> destroyed at the store. <br /> •Any liquor items that contain alcohol <br /> greater than 24%or greater than 50 proof <br /> must be processed as hazardous waste, <br /> •Liquor is not valid for return to the distribution center.
