L2 alarm from 12/24was repaired by LC <br /> Services. <br /> L4 was repaired by LC Services. <br /> Q1 alarms were caused by L2 alarms, and were repaired by removing liquid from the sump. (Don Lee & <br /> LC Services) <br /> S6 & S7 are still in alarm. <br /> (see attached work orders) <br /> REVISED: I reported an L4 alarm had happened on 12/12,when it actually happened on 12/16. It was a <br /> typo, and has been corrected. <br /> Items Requiring Follow-Up Actions: <br /> Have s6 & s7 alarms addressed ASAP. <br /> May want to have bellows#10 replaced. <br /> Instructions: <br /> Monthly visual inspection of the UST system must be conducted by a Designated UST Operator, who <br /> possesses a current"California UST System Operator"certification issued by the International Code <br /> Council. <br /> A copy of this monthly visual inspection checklist must be provided to the UST Owner or Operator, but <br /> not to the State Water Resources Control Board. <br /> The Designated UST Operator must alert the UST Owner or Operator of any condition discovered during <br /> the monthly visual inspection that may require follow-up actions. <br /> The UST Owner or Operator must maintain a copy of this monthly visual inspection checklist and all <br /> attachments for the previous 12 months.
