The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for CRUISERS MANTECA #29 as of August 03, 2015. <br /> Open violations from April 21, 2015 inspection <br /> Violation #320 -Secondary containment not constructed to prevent water intrusion. <br /> Water was found in the diesel and 91-octane STP sumps. Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent <br /> any water intrusion into the system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. The service technician removed 2-; <br /> cups of liquid from these sumps and returned sensors to their proper location. Immediately contact a properly <br /> licensed, trained, and certified contractor to address the water intrusion into diesel and 91-octane STP sump under <br /> permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
