Water was found in the: <br /> -the 91 fill sump (approximately 3-4 inches) on the north side and (approximately 1 inch) on south side <br /> of the sump <br /> -the Diesel STP sump (approximately 1/7 inch) on the north and south side of the sump <br /> - the Diesel fill sump (approximately Y2 inches) on the north and south side of the sump <br /> - the Vent box sump (approximately Y2 inch) across the pan. <br /> Technicians removed the liquid from the above sumps and placed in the hazardous waste drum on site. <br /> Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the system by <br /> precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste <br /> determination per Title 22 hazardous waste regulations, and manage accordingly. Immediately contact <br /> a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to address the water intrusion into the 87 STP <br /> sump, the 87 fill sump, the 91 STP sump, the 91 fill sump, the Diesel STP, the Diesel fill sump and the <br /> Vent box sump.
