A minimum of three(3)hours at this overtime hourly rate will be charged for Call Back inspection/response services. 2 Existing underground storage tank(s)(UST),as defined in CCR Title 23,that have not been permitted and registered,and subject to all the requirements of State and Federal law,as well as annual permit fees for the five years prior to the date of discovery,applicable penalties and state surcharge fees. 3 Unified Hazardous Waste and Hazardous Materials Management Regulatory Program(Unified Program)Underground Storage Tank State Surcharge Fee is established by the Cal/EPA Secretary on an annual basis and assessed as described in the HSC. Unified Program Facility State Surcharge Fee is established on an annual basis by the Cal/EPA Secretary and is applied on a per facility basis. Facilities with more than one Unified program component will be charged one Unified Program Facility Surcharge Fee per year.
