III. PROBLEM PHASE <br /> A. Date of Original Posting and some of the hazardous or substandard <br /> conditions existing on the property on the day of posting: <br /> On October 25, 2004 two single-family dwellings were posted 404b of <br /> the uniform code of abatement of dangerous buildings. <br /> Conditions on the day of posting include: Fire hazard, general <br /> dilapidation and improper maintenance. <br /> IV. OTHER INFORMATION <br /> A. Contacts with the owner: <br /> None <br /> B. Current Status: <br /> No substandard inspections hvew been issued by CDD. There are no repair <br /> permits. A site inspection on March 16, 2005 found work in progress. <br /> V. RECOMMENDATION PHASE for Rehabilitation of the substandard <br /> structures <br /> The Environmental Health Department recommends the owner be given: <br /> 1) Thirty (30) days to obtain demolition and/or repair permits from CDD <br /> 2) Sixty (60) days to final all permits with CDD and EHD. <br /> THE RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES ARE TO BE KEPT VACANT UNTIL THE <br /> REPAIRS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> DEPARTMENT (CDD) AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT <br /> (EHD) PERMITS HAVE BEEN FINALED. IF ANY OF THE ABOVE TIME <br /> CONSTRAINTS ARE NOT MET, THE ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> DEPARTMENT (EHD) SHALL PROCEED WITH ABATEMENT WITHOUT <br /> FURTHER REPORT TO THE BOARD. <br />
