Main St., Stockton, CA <br /> _ Continuous X Batch discharge of groundwater from the above site location to the City of <br /> Stockton sanitary sewer system is APPROVED under the following conditions: <br /> Batch Discharge: . <br /> -Total monthly flow shall not exceed 30,000 gallons. <br /> - Flow rate to sanitary sewer shall not exceed 10 gallons per minute. <br /> -.Groundwater shall be stored on-site in batch holding tank(s) prior to discharge. <br /> -Groundwater shall be analyzed and determined to comply with applicable discharge <br /> standards prior to discharge. <br /> Discharge of sediment from batch holding tank(s)is strictly prohibited. <br /> - Discharge location shall be sanitary sewer connection located on-site. <br /> -Conveyance of groundwater on-site shall be through hard piping. Flexible hoses are <br /> prohibited, except as required for carbon filter connections, provided the <br /> flexible hoses remain watertight at all times. <br /> -Adequate spill prevention and protection measures are required. <br /> Discharge to storm water system is strictly prohibited. <br /> Permittee shall perform the attached Self-Monitoring Sample Program. <br /> - Permittee shall complete and submit monthly the attached Self-Monitoring Report <br /> Form. <br /> -Permittee shall fully comply with all provisions, limitations, and requirements of the <br /> Stockton Municipal Code,including sections 13.08.290 Discharge of Petroleum <br /> Contaminated Groundwater and 13.08.250 Specific Pollutant Limitations. <br /> - Permittee shall fully comply with all provisions, limitations, and requirements of all <br /> applicable local,state,and federal regulations,including subtitles C and D of the <br /> Resource Conservation and Recovery Act,and 40 CFR Parts 260 through 271'. <br /> Permittee shall fully comply with all additional permit conditions. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: July 1, 2009 EXPIRATION DATE: .lune 30, 2014 <br /> Stockton <br /> ua��.city <br /> 1999 <br /> 1999 <br />
