Disposal of water from the well development shall be in accordance with current federal <br /> regulations, <br /> 13. Blocking or barricading City streets shall be subject to the approval of the City Traffic <br /> Department, Traffic cones and warning signs shall be used to direct traffic. <br /> 14.
