I did misread the letter. We will cancel the 3/24 sampling and will send a letter
reporting 1st quarter activities.
By the way, have you reviewed the Work Plan we sent in?
Subject: RE: Valley Motors
Date: Wed, 18 Mar 2009 14:13:55 -0700
From: MInfurna@sjcehd.com
To: sondegeo@hotmail.com
can see how you might think to. go out this March like you noted, but the
EHD's intention was to assist your RP with the lack of reimbursement and help
reduce the costs for lab work. As such, it is our intention that the annual
sampling and monitoring was to start in March 2010, not this march 2009.
The semi-ANNUAL sampling events are to start Sept 2009 as it says in the
letter.
so only the letter type reporting is due QUARTERLY for 1st, and 2nd and 4th
- 2009. Something like the 'report' Vic sent in but neglected to give dates or
future plans. These letter type reports are due on GT the 15th of the month
following the quarter's end. as in April, July, and Jan.
A sampling event for the three SEMI-ANNUAL wells in Sept 2009 (third-09) is
due on GT by Oct 15, 2009.
i
then all wells get sampled March 2010 and a full quarterly type, Tri Regional
QMR is due on GT by April 15, 2010. 1 recommend you sample early in March
to allow adequate time_for lab and your paperwork to get done and meet this
date.
see?
3/26/2009
