As such, it is our intention that the annual sampling and monitoring was to start in March 2010, not this march 2009. The semi-ANNUAL sampling events are to start Sept 2009 as it says in the letter. so only the letter type reporting is due QUARTERLY for 1 st, and 2nd and 4th - 2009. Something like the 'report' Vic sent in but neglected to give dates or future plans. These letter type reports are due on GT the 15th of the month following the quarter's end. as in April, July, and Jan. A sampling event for the three SEMI-ANNUAL wells in Sept 2009 (third-09) is due on GT by Oct 15, 2009. then all wells get sampled March 2010 and a full quarterly type, Tri Regional QMR is due on GT by April 15, 2010. 1 recommend you sample early in March to allow adequate time for lab and your paperwork to get done and meet this date. see? lab expenses should be substantially less this way. only three wells in Sept 2009 will be the first real expense. and this should be way less than what the RP has been paying for full quarterlies for all wells. you may cancel the March 24, 2009 sampling event and only do a letter type report, due on GT by APril 15, 2009. remember to include dates and plans for future work in these letter reports. call me at (209) 468-3454 if you're still confused.
