The frontage improvements for Del Mar Avenue and Horner Avenue shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way <br /> local residential street with a handicap ramp at the corner. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred, upon execution by the owner of a Deferred <br /> Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage <br /> and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated <br /> construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A $260.00 fee currently is <br /> required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of <br /> the Grant Deed, legal descriptions of Parcels 1 and 2 and an estimate. The estimate <br /> and legal descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical <br /> section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and <br /> submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. As an option, the <br /> Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional <br /> fee of $115.00.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2(d)(3)) <br /> 4. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 5. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the <br /> Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) <br /> 6. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection system constructed in <br /> conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Services Division and the Department of Public Works. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of <br /> the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the <br /> Department of Public Works. A "Will Serve" letter from the California Water Service <br /> Company for water service shall be required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br /> 8. The development is subject to assessments under Improvement District No. 51. The <br /> subdivider shall initiate processing of Segregation of Services. Currently the fee for <br /> processing the segregation is $250.00 plus $15.00 per lot, per Development Title <br /> Section 9-240.2 and Resolution R-91-327. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105.3) <br /> 9.
