Drilling fluid of a quality and in sufficient quantity to control all subsurface <br /> conditions in order to prevent blowouts is used. <br /> 2. Constant surveillance of drilling fluid characteristics and voluse is maintained <br /> by drilling personnel and by the use of a mud pit level indicator with audible <br /> alarm. <br /> 3. Blowout-prevention equipment conforming to Division of Oil and Gas Class IV <br /> regm1remtients is installed on the 8 5/8" casing and maintained ready for use at <br /> All tines. <br /> 4, )blowout-prevention practice drills are conducted at least weekly and recorded <br /> in the log book. <br /> 5. Water with any beneficial use is protected from commination at all times. <br /> 6. This Division is notifieds <br /> a. Before placing any plugs in the hole or running any casing below the 8 5/8" <br /> casing. Additional requirements shall be outlined at that time. <br /> b.
