k'9 KLEINFELDER <br /> Escalon Feed and Supply, located at 17407 South Escalon-Bellota Road, this site is adjacent to <br /> the subject site. There is one gasoline tank listed. There is no report of leakage. Escalon Feed <br /> and Supply is not likely to have impacted the site due to lack of known contamination. However, <br /> in the unlikely event that contamination attributable to Escalon Feed and Supply migrates onto <br /> the subject site, the expanse and/or liability associated with any necessary investigation would <br /> typically fall upon the responsible party (i.e. Escalon Feed and Supply). <br /> Derickson Trucking, this site is reviewed in the LUST section of this report. <br /> 4.1.4 Orphan Summary/Unmapped Sites Report <br /> Due to poor or inadequate address information, several sites could not be mapped by EDR. <br /> These sites were included in an orphan summary/unmapped sites report which was reviewed by <br /> Kleinfelder. The orphan summary/unmapped sites report was reviewed to assess the potential for <br /> off site properties to affect the subject site. Because they have incomplete addresses, these sites <br /> are not practically reviewable as defined by the ASTM standard. However, based upon the street <br /> names and Kleinfelder's knowledge of the area, any orphan sites identified as being within the <br /> appropriate minimum search distance was discussed in the preceding sections. <br /> 4.1.5 Non-ASTM Lists <br /> The EDR database report also includes information from non-ASTM lists. These lists include <br /> (but are not limited to) information about waste discharge permits issued by the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board and hazardous waste manifest information kept by the Cal-EPA <br /> Department of Toxic Substances Control. Kleinfelder reviewed the information provided for <br /> references to the site. The subject site does not appear on the non-ASTM lists. <br /> 4.1.6 Regulatory Agency Contacts <br /> Local and State regulatory agencies were contacted for reasonably ascertainable and practically <br /> reviewable infonnation regarding recognized environmental conditions present at or adjacent to <br /> the subject site. The information was obtained by interviewing agency representatives or <br /> reviewing local agency databases.
