Wilcox Road, Stockton) <br /> ACTION: On April 14, 1998, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department denied a <br /> Revisions of Approved Actions application for SA-88-51 due to the inability to make Findings 2, 3, and 4, as <br /> follows: <br /> Finding No. 2: <br /> Adequate utilities, roadway improvements, sanitation, water supply, drainage, and other necessary <br /> facilities have been provided, and the proposed improvements are properly related to existing and <br /> proposed roadways. <br /> • This finding cannot be made because San Joaquin County Public Health Services has determined <br /> that the existing septic system is designed for warehouse operation use only and is insufficiently <br /> designed for excessive potential and unknown business uses. <br /> Finding No. 3: <br /> The site is physically suitable for the type of development and for the intensity of development. <br /> • This finding cannot be made because San Joaquin County Public Health Services has determined <br /> that the existing septic system is designed for warehouse operation use only and is insufficiently <br /> designed for excessive potential and unknown business uses. <br /> Finding No. 4: <br /> Issuance of the permit will not be significantly detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or be <br /> injurious to the property or improvements of adjacent properties. <br /> • This finding cannot be made because San Joaquin County Public Health Services has determined <br /> that the existing septic system is designed for warehouse operation use only and is insufficiently <br /> designed for excessive potential and unknown business uses. <br />
