Wilcox Road, Stockton) ACTION: On April 14, 1998, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department denied a Revisions of Approved Actions application for SA-88-51 due to the inability to make Findings 2, 3, and 4, as follows: Finding No. 2: Adequate utilities, roadway improvements, sanitation, water supply, drainage, and other necessary facilities have been provided, and the proposed improvements are properly related to existing and proposed roadways. • This finding cannot be made because San Joaquin County Public Health Services has determined that the existing septic system is designed for warehouse operation use only and is insufficiently designed for excessive potential and unknown business uses.
