w <br /> SURFACE & SUBSURFACE CONTAMINATION REPORT <br /> APN# 240-04-02 <br /> POMBO PROPERTY <br /> 24832 South Lammers Road <br /> Tracy, California <br /> Prepared for Bright Development <br /> Purpose of Report <br /> This report is submitted to the San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division to satisfy a tentative parcel map application <br /> requirement. (Pursuant to Chapter 9-905.12 of the Development title of San Joaquin <br /> County) This report describes historical uses and present use of the subject property <br /> and identifies potential surface or subsurface contamination. The information <br /> contained in this report was derived from a Historical Environmental Audit <br /> compiled in July of 1998 by Michael J. Kloberdanz (attached). The Audit reports <br /> on the research of three Pombo properties; APN 240-02-01, & 02 and 240-04-02. <br /> Only the latter parcel pertains to the tentative parcel map application and this EHS <br /> service request. <br /> Property Description <br /> The subject property is located on Assessor's Parcel Number 240-04-02 in the <br /> unincorporated area of San Joaquin County near the western boundary of the City <br /> of Tracy. Located one half mile south of West Eleventh Street, the property abuts <br /> the eastern right of way of Lammers Road. <br /> Assessors Parcel Number 240-04-02 is a comprised of both Government Lot 3 of <br /> the NW quarter and Government Lot 2 of the SW quarter of Section 30, Township <br /> 2 south, Range 5 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian. The total site measures <br /> approximately 151 acres. <br /> Site History <br /> The historical uses of the subject site were determined by reviewing business <br /> directories, use permits, photographs, and chain of title reports as necessary. <br /> Interviews with regulatory personnel and residents of the area were also conducted. <br /> Historical uses of the site have been limited to the irrigation of crops. A residential <br /> structure, addressed at 24832 South Lammers, was constructed in the early 1960's <br /> and was the only improvement of record. <br />
