Lammers and <br /> 24879 E. Lammers (mobile home). The properties are located west of the Property, across <br /> South Lammers Road and opposite the existing vacant residence on the Property. The first/ <br /> permit for the main three-bedroom residence, dated July 21, 1975, had a 1,200-gallon septic tank <br /> and three, 90-foot-long leadlines located at the rear of the residence. No repairs were noted in <br /> the permit file. The second permit, dated October 2, 1997, was for a three-bedroom mobile home <br /> located just south of the main residence and also had a 1,200-gallon septic tank, but the leach <br /> lines consisted of two 60-foot-long lines terminating in 4-by-8-foot seepage pits 10 feet deep.
