Am pm 83333 550 W Valpico Rd, Tracy October 28, 2015 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item # Remarks <br /> 320 HSC 25290.1(c3), 25290.2(c3) Secondary containment not constructed to prevent water intrusion. <br /> Approximately one-quarter cup of water was found in both diesel submersible turbine pump (STP) sumps and <br /> removed by the service technician at the time of the inspection. During the monitoring system certification on <br /> October 30, 2014, less than one cup of liquid was found in the diesel fill sump indicating a leak in the secondary <br /> containment and the liquid was removed by the service technician during the inspection. At the time, the diesel spill <br /> container passed when tested; however, a brine fill port was noted in the immediate vicinity of the observed liquid. <br /> Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the system by precipitation, <br /> infiltration, or surface runoff. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to address <br /> the water intrusion into the diesel sumps under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 325 CCR 2635(b) Spill container failed to contain a minimum capacity of five gallons. <br /> The 91 and diesel spill container failed to have a minimum capacity of five gallons. All spill containers shall have a <br /> minimum capacity of five gallons. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to repair <br /> or replace the spill container under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> On site on October 28, 2015, to conduct a routine UST inspection and observe the monitoring system certification <br /> A checklist of findings only was left with Mr. Edgar Rizkalli at the time of inspection.
