Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the system
by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. The service technician removed 1.5 gallons of liquid from the 91 Fill
sump and returned the sensor to its proper location. According to the technician,Greg Kaiser, the 91 Fill, Bravo
sump lid was not placed and tightened correctly and was missing the cap, which was found, and retrieved from in the
bottom of the sump.According to the technician, Greg Kaiser, the liquid observed in the 91 STP, and diesel STP
were due to condensation, and he did not observe any leaks.
This was corrected onsite.
This is a Class II violation.
Overall Inspection Comments:
For violation 305 on the 10/26/16 inspection report: Onsite to witness and verify communication in the 87, 91, and
Diesel fill/STP sumps (6 sumps total). Brine in the vent sump was verified to be at correct level. The brine sensors
in the UDC's were observed to be at the correct level, with the brine levels at the top of the sensor.
