Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the system <br /> by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. The service technician removed 1.5 gallons of liquid from the 91 Fill <br /> sump and returned the sensor to its proper location. According to the technician,Greg Kaiser,the 91 Fill, Bravo <br /> sump lid was not placed and tightened correctly and was missing the cap,which was found, and retrieved from in the <br /> bottom of the sump.According to the technician, Greg Kaiser,the liquid observed in the 91 STP, and diesel STP <br /> were due to condensation, and he did not observe any leaks. <br /> This was corrected onsite. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> For violation 305 on the 10/26/16 inspection report: Onsite to witness and verify communication in the 87, 91, and <br /> Diesel fill/STP sumps (6 sumps total). Brine in the vent sump was verified to be at correct level. The brine sensors <br /> in the UDC's were observed to be at the correct level, with the brine levels at the top of the sensor.
