The above-referenced property is within the boundaries of the Lockeford Community Services District. The District currently has available water and sewer capacity and facilities to serve 27 residential units on the property, subject to compliance with applicable District ordinances, resolutions, rules and regulations. This will serve letter is further subject to: 1 The construction by the developer of water and sewer mains and re;ated facililies to serve the subdivision pursuant to a main line extension agreement to be entered into between the District and the developer; and, 2. The construction of the sewer collection system and pump statior, improvements necessary to serve the property as generally described in the District Wastewater Collection System Master Plan(September 1998), pursuant to a financing mechanism acceptable to the District. This will serve commitment is effective only if a final map or maps for the entire property is (are) recorded within Three years from the Date of this letter.
