Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval
prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones.
3. Please be aware that
inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval.
a. Diesel Leak detector test: Leak detector must be tested to confirm that the device
can detect a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi.
b. Primary piping soap test: One hour pneumatic pressure test at 110% of operating
pressure, or 40 psi, whichever is greater.
c. Tank-tightness testing: test per manufacturer's guidelines. Complete and submit the
Truchek Data Log if using Xerex's testing procedures. If there are no manufacturer's
guidelines, test shall be performed using an applicable method specified in an
industry code or engineering standard.
d.
