Valpico Rd, Tracy <br /> I am sending you the permit application and other documents relating to the emergency <br /> ECPU2 Board replacement with cold start at the above listed site that took place on <br /> 11/15/12. In addition, the overfill alarm had to be rewired since it was discovered to be <br /> wired incorrectly. <br /> SSS Tech Matt Estabrook had to replace the ECPU2 Board after discovering the entire <br /> site was down and the TLS-350 had no power. <br /> If you have any questions or need additional information, please let me know. <br /> Please send a copy of the permit to me at the address below.
