The proposed sign is for <br /> an existing religious assembly and exceeds the maximum size requirements pursuant to the Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1710.4(h)(1)(B) of fifty (50) square feet per sign face and a maximum height of twenty-five (25) feet. The sign will be <br /> located on the parcel near the front property line along the frontage of North State Route 99 and will be required to meet <br /> all other sign regulations by the Development Title. No additional development if proposed with this application. The parcel <br /> is served by a private water well and onsite wastewater treatment system. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act <br /> contract. <br /> The Property is zoned AU-20 (Agriculture-Urban Reserve, 20-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is R/VL <br /> (Very Low Density Residential). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the southeast corner intersection of North State Route 99 and East Hacienda <br /> Lane, Stockton. (APN/Address: 087-030-18, -22, & -23/5480 North State Route 99 East Frontage Road, Stockton) <br /> (Supervisorial District: 2) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: This project as described is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act <br /> (Section 15311[a] On-premise signs) and a Notice of Exemption will be filed if the project is approved. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: Recommendations and/or comments on this project must be submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department no later than December 19, 2019.
