Harney Lane, Lodi, CA (APN: 063-160-30) <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed your <br /> engineer designed septic system plan for above referenced location. This plan was submitted <br /> to EHD on November 20, 2019 and was approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Obtain Engineer Designed System permit prior to construction. The fee will be based on <br /> the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> 2. Annual permit is required. Fee for annual operation permit is due at time of OWTS permit <br /> application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> 3. To monitor the effectiveness of the supplemental treatment system, quarterly sampling of <br /> the effluent and under leach field is required. The first sampling shall be done six (6) <br /> months after the OWTS installation. Sampling results shall be submitted to EHD for review. <br /> The EHD may reduce the sampling frequency after one year of sampling. <br /> 4. A final inspection is required prior to soil back fill by calling (209) 953-7697. A 48 hour <br /> notice is required to schedule an inspection.
