The project includes the <br /> construction of 13,770 bifacial modules 5.2 MW in size. The project includes the installation of three (3) utility poles, and <br /> an underground fiber optic cable for data transmission. No employees are at the site for daily operations post-construction. <br /> The site is currently served by on-site well and septic systems, as well as natural drainage. However, no services are <br /> required for the solar farm operation. Access to the proposed project site will be from Waverly Road. The project site is <br /> not under a Williamson Act. (Use Type: Utility Services-Major) <br /> The Property is zoned AG-160 (General Agriculture, 160-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General <br /> Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the east side of North Waverly Road, 6,700 feet north of East Flood <br /> Road, Linden.. (APN/Address: 093-440-02/6484 North Waverly Road, Linden) (Supervisorial District: 4) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: This is a Notice of Intent to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project <br /> as described. San Joaquin County has determined that through the Initial Study that contains proposed mitigation measures <br /> all potentially significant effects on the environment can be reduced to a less than significant level.
