Underground obstructions, cave-in's due to unstable soil conditions, <br /> unmarked or miss-marked underground utilities that are damaged or must be replaced will be <br /> considered additional work that is not included in the scope of work. Any additional work required <br /> by any governing agency not in proposal will be considered as additional, or extra, work and a <br /> change order will be required prior to work commencing. <br />
