Sixty (60) days to correct all State Housing Law violations and final all repair and/or <br /> demolition permit(s) for the substandard structure(s) from the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, CA. <br /> Second Motion: <br /> 1. Ten (10) days for the removal of refuse, debris, solid waste, scrap metal and hazardous <br /> waste from the premises to an approved landfill or transfer station. <br /> AUTHORIZED ABATEMENT: <br /> Should the above time constraints not be met, or initiated within thirty (30) days after posting of this <br /> resolution, the Enforcement Agency is authorized to perform the necessary abatement activities. <br /> 1.
