C A M B R I A
Vent Lines: Two soil samples were collected from beneath the former vent lines. TPHd
concentrations in samples VN1-4.5' and VS-1-6' were 130 and 67.5 ppm, respectively. No
TPHg, benzene, or MTBE were detected in these samples.
CONCLUSIONS
During this investigation, petroleum hydrocarbons were identified in soil at several locations
beneath the subject site. In the course of removal and over-excavation activities,
approximately 860 tons of hydrocarbon-impacted soil was removed from the site.
This site is an active environmental case under SJCPHS-EHD oversight. There are currently
several groundwater monitoring wells at this site, and a quarterly monitoring program is in
place.
On August 26, 1999, Cambria submitted a Site Investigation Work Plan proposing additional
investigation. Cambria is prepared to implement this work plan pending SJCPHS-EHD
approval.
If you have any questions regarding the contents of this report, please call Joe Neely at
(707) 935-4854.
Sincerely,
Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc.
Aubrey K.
