M5 <br /> CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> DEPARTMENT OF MUNICIPAL UTILITIES <br /> 2500 Navy Drive Stockton,CA 95206-1147 • 209 1937-8750 • Pax 209/937-8708 <br /> www.stocktongov.com <br /> March 24, 2017 <br /> David Rajkovich <br /> 5220 N..Ashley Lane <br /> Stockton, CA 95215 <br /> REQUEST FOR SANITARY SEWER SERVICE 3283 EAST CHEROKEE ROAD <br /> (AP N 132-070-10) <br /> In response, to your letter of February 16, 2017 copy attached, City staff from the <br /> Community Development and Municipal Utilities Departments have reviewed your <br /> request for sanitary sewer service to the subject property which is located outside the City <br /> limits of the City of Stockton. <br /> Review by the Community Development Department is limited to General Plan <br /> conformity, and participation in Areas of Benefit and Community Facilities District 90-1. <br /> The following information is provided as a result of that review: <br /> Community Development Department <br /> The proposed use conforms to the City's General Plan. <br /> The property owner shall sign a Conditional Utility Service Agreement for future <br /> annexation to the City of Stockton on demand by the City. <br /> Municipal Utilities Department—Sanitary Sewer <br /> The subject parcel is currently not served by a sanitary sewer collection system, but there <br /> is adequate capacity available in Wastewater Collection System No. 9 to serve the <br /> proposed project at this time. The two points of connection are at the intersections of <br /> Wilson Way and McAllen Road, and Wilson Way and Stockton Diverting Canal. The <br /> property owner/developer shall design, construct and install all sanitary sewer <br /> improvements in accordance with the adopted Wastewater Master Plan Update, October <br /> 2008 (Master Plan). <br /> These improvements consist of oversized sewer trunk and main pipelines, oversized lift <br /> station, and any associated appurtenances required by the Master Plan and the City's <br /> Standard Plans and Specifications. The owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs <br /> involved in the design and extension of all sewer mains and laterals to serve this project <br /> in accordance with City standards. <br />
