Malcoun <br /> Mayall Hurley A.P.C. 2453 Grand Canal Boulevard <br /> Stockton, California 95207 <br /> SUBJECT: WILL-SERVE FOR ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 132-070-10 <br /> (SECOND SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT) <br /> San Joaquin County(County) Department of Public Works (Department) staff has reviewed your <br /> Application for Services for Assessor's Parcel No. 132-070-10 (3263 East Cherokee Road, Stockton, <br /> California)from County Service Area No. 17 (District). The parcel is currently outside of the District's <br /> boundaries. The District will serve the proposed development of an auto auction facility with storm <br /> drain, streetlight, and fire hydrant services subject to the following requirements: <br /> 1. Applicant shall annex the parcel into the District following the steps below: <br /> a. Fill out and return to this Department the enclosed San Joaquin Local Agency Formation <br /> Commission (LAFCo) application. <br /> b. Submit to this Department the LAFCo application fee of$9,393.00 (make check payable <br /> to LAFCo: the fee is subject to change after July 1, 2020). <br /> i, Note: A State Board of Equalization filing fee of$2,000.00 will be due after <br /> LAFCo approval of the annexation. <br /> c. Submit to this Department the most current grant deed of the subject property containing <br /> the titleholder name(s) and description of the subject property. <br /> d. Submit to this Department a boundary map and legal description of the property <br /> proposed for annexation, prepared by a licensed land surveyor or civil engineer. <br /> e. Submit to this Department the County Surveyor map and legal description processing <br /> fee of$1,318.60 (make check payable to San Joaquin County Surveyor's Office); <br /> f. Submit to this Department the annexation processing deposit of$1,000.00 (make check <br /> payable to San Joaquin County Treasurer); the final fee for annexation processing will <br /> be based on actual costs and shall be reconciled at completion of annexation. <br /> 2. Applicant shall provide storm drain facilities and related work for the proposed development, <br /> including but not limited to: <br /> a. An on-site retention basin shall be constructed to provide adequate storm drainage for <br /> the proposed development. A hydrologic and hydraulic analysis study shall be <br /> submitted for review and approval. The study shall demonstrate that all properties, both <br /> downstream and upstream will not be subject to a higher flood level as a result of the <br /> proposed development's drainage (Development Title Section 9-1135.2). <br /> i. The cost for any extension, connection, or placement of new facilities shall be <br /> borne by the applicant <br /> b. A grant of easement from the subject property owner(s) to the County for access to the <br /> proposed retention basin is required.
