PA-1700051 (SA) Project - 6 - 10 May 2017 San Joaquin County discharges are typically considered a low or limited threat to water quality and may be covered under the General Order for Dewatering and Other Low Threat Discharges to Surface Waters (Low Threat General Order) or the General Order for Limited Threat Discharges of TreatedlUntreated Groundwater from Cleanup Sites, Wastewater from Superchlorination Projects, and Other Limited Threat Wastewaters to Surface Water (Limited Threat General Order). A complete application must be submitted to the Central Valley Water Board to obtain coverage under these General NPDES permits. A complete Report of Waste Discharge must be submitted with the Central Valley Water Board to obtain a NPDES Permit.
