Access to this property is requested to conduct a <br /> limited subsurface soil and ground water investigation. <br /> Shell operates a service station located on the adjacent property(6131 Pacific <br /> Avenue) and has been requested to perform additional soil and ground water <br /> characterization by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services (SJCPHS). A <br /> letter dated December 20, 1996 was sent to you by Ms. Mary Meays of SJCPHS <br /> describing the necessity of this investigation. <br /> The investigation is planned to include the drilling of one exploratory soil boring on <br /> your property at the location shown on the attached Site Plan. This drilling should <br /> be completed in less than one working day. Notification of property tenants and <br /> acceptable scheduling will be performed according to your direction. <br /> Enclosed are Shell's standard Right of Entry agreement and a map of the proposed <br /> drilling location. If it is acceptable,please sign both copies and return them to our <br /> office.
