The revisions reflected changes requested by your attorney, <br /> Mr. Kevin Foster Schonemanin, in his letter dated January 18, 1994. On April 28, 1994, during <br /> a phone conversation, you indicated to me that redevelopment of your property would conflict <br /> with our proposed well location. San Juaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental <br /> Health Division notified us on October 24, 1994 that construction was nearly complete and <br /> wanted us to proceed with our investigation. Because our phone messages left with you between <br /> October 24 and December 2, 1994 have gone unanswered, we have reissued the ROE (Attached). <br /> Exhibit A in the ROE agreement is a site map depicting the new layout of the subject <br /> property. We have indicated the proposed location of the new well. This location is subject to <br /> modification if subsurface conditions warrant. <br /> Please review the revised ROE and, if it meets with your approval, sign and return it to <br /> Fugro West, Inc..
