March Lane, Suite 239W
Stockton, California 95219
Re: Access Agreement
6025 - 6045 Pacific Avenue
Stockton, California
Dear Mr. Miller:
® Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc. (Cambria) prepared this letter on behalf of Equiva
Services LLC (Equiva) to obtain an access agreement for your property located adjacent to
the Shell-branded Service Station at 6131 Pacific Avenue in Stockton, California. To date,
we have not received a response to the access agreement sent to you in early August. In
order to comply with a directive from San Joaquin County Public Health Services
Environmental Health Division, Equiva must install a monitoring well south of the Shell-
branded station. Cambria would like to install this well in the strip mall parking lot. Please
sign and return one of the two agreements previously sent to you using the included self-
addressed, stamped envelope to allow Cambria to perform this work.
If you have any questions regarding the agreement or scope of work or if you need the access
agreement resent, please call Aubrey Cool at (707) 933-2368.
Sincerely,
Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc.
Aubrey K.
