Box 388
Stockton, California 95201-0388
Re: Shell Service Station
6131 Pacific Avenue
Stockton, California
WIC 204-7525-0104
Dear Ms. Meays:
Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc. (Cambria), on behalf of Shell Oil Products Company
(Shell), is writing this letter to document San Joaquin County Public Health Services (SJCPHS)
approval of a deadline extension for the work plan requested in SJCPHS's January 6, 1998 letter.
In a telephone conversation I had with you on January 22, 1997, 1 requested an extension of the
work plan deadline to February 28, 1998. The reason for the request was to allow adequate time
for preparation of the work plan. We received the SJCPHS letter on January 12, 1997 and the
original dead line was January 30, 1998. You agreed to extend the deadline to February 28,
1998.
One item mentioned in SJCPHS's letter was that copies of Cambria's November 11, 1997 "Site
Investigation Report" be mailed to the off-site property owners. Copies of this report were
CAMBRIA mailed to Ron Slate and Silver Creek Property Management on January 22, 1998. As requested
future correspondence regarding the investigation at this site will be forwarded to the off-site
ENVIRONMENTAL property owners.
TECHNOLOGY,INC.
Included with this letter is a copy of Table 2 of the November 11, 1997 "Site Investigation
270 PERKm STREET, Report." Inadvertently, Page 2 of this Table was not included with the report. Please accept
P.O.Box 259 our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. This mistake was corrected in the
copies of the reports just issued to Ron Slate and Silver Creek Property Management.
SONOMA,
CA 95476
PH:(707)9359650
FAX:(707)9356649
