SECOND QUARTER 2004 ACTIVITIES
Blaine Tech Services, Inc (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged and sampled selected site wells
and prepared a summary table of field gauging and petroleum hydrocarbon and laboratory
analytical data Due to an error, depths to water in wells MW-9, MW-10, and MW-11 were not
gauged Cambria prepared a site vicinity/well survey map (Figure 1) and a groundwater
contour/chemical concentration map (Figure 2) Blaine's report, presenting the laboratory report,
is included as Appendix A The laboratory noted that the total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline
(TPHg) reported for wells MW-6, MW-7, and MW-8 do not match the laboratory's gasoline
standard As noted previously, this is due to the presence of tetrachloroethene (PCE) in these
wells
Cambria conducted a 5-day dual-phase extraction test at the site from June 21 through 25, 2004
We will submit a report describing these activities under separate cover
Cambria
Environmental
Technology,Inc
00 Hollis Street
Liae A
Emeryville CA 94608
Tel(510)420-0700
Fax(510)420-9170
