The proposed site is located within the city limits of the City of Stockton, but is under the <br /> jurisdiction of San Joaquin County because the proposed facility is a County project on a County- <br /> owned property. The proposed setback of ten (10) feet is consistent with the street side setback <br /> requirements of the City of Stockton.
