(GeoAudit) has prepared <br /> this Well Survey for the referenced address. The Survey was conducted to determine the <br /> number and location of any domestic, municipal or monitoring wells within a 2,000-foot <br /> radius of the site. The survey is part of the site closure procedures for 1149 West Weber <br /> Avenue. Figure I illustrates the site location; Figure 2 illustrates well locations. <br /> California Water Service CWS and the Ci of Stockton De artment of Public Works <br /> (CWS) p <br /> (DPW) operate and maintain municipal drinking waterllwells�l for the City of Stockton. <br /> According to CWS and DPW, no drinking water wells are located within a 2,000-foot radius <br /> of the site. <br /> Monitoring well permits issued by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) were searcheld to locate any monitoring wells <br /> that may be present in the area of the site. Permits have been,issued for three sites within <br /> a 2,000-foot radius of the site. The address locations are indicated on Figure 2. At site #1, <br /> the Union Ice Company, 1320 West Weber, nine (9) monitoring wells are present (two of <br /> these wells are located at 1149 West Weber). At sites #2l and #3, both listed as Catellos <br /> Development Corporation, an unspecified number of monitoring wells are present.
