The outlined responsibilities will <br /> establish standards for personnel protective wear, safetyprocedures and provide <br /> for emergency actions which could arise during project operations, <br /> 1.2 project Mctuzger (PM) <br /> Che l'roicct i4tanager directs all project ope:'a tiosis.
