Box 2009 r� <br /> 1601 East Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA. 95201 <br /> SUBJECT: Problem Assessment Report - 1515 West Weber Ave., Stockton, <br /> CA(Site Code: 1284) <br /> Dear Mary: <br /> This letter reiterates our phone conversation on Friday, August 30, 1991 <br /> and describes our proposed approach for additional activities at 1515 West <br /> Weber Avenue in Stockton, CA. <br /> ERM-West, Inc. has recently removed the underground tanks located at <br /> 1325 and 1541 West Weber Avenue in Stockton. We are currently awaiting <br /> laboratory results of the verification soil and groundwater samples collected <br /> from beneath the former tanks. <br /> We understand that a Problem Assessment Report (PAR) is to be submitted <br /> to the County by September 15, 1991. We propose to postpone submittal of <br /> this report until the laboratory data has been recei.red for these two. <br /> additional tanks. As you indicated during our conversation, this proposal <br /> is acceptable to you, provided that a revised time frame be submitted.
