SITE CODE: 1284 <br /> 1515 W. WEBER AVE; STOCKTON <br /> We are in receipt of the "Soil and Groundwater Investigation Workplan" prepared <br /> by ERM-West, Inc. Your consultant has been notified, by telephone conversation, <br /> that the continued investigative field work can begin following the issuance of <br /> the local drilling permit. <br /> The results gained during this phase of investigation, in addition to including <br /> the results from the previous Kleinfelder investigation, will comprise the <br /> requirements for a Problem Assessment Report. <br /> The Problem Assessment Report (PAR) should include remedial measures appropriate <br /> to the identified contamination problem. The PAR will be due in our office, as <br /> well as with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board, no later <br /> than June 17, 1991. <br /> In the interim to your submittal of the PAR and prior to implementing <br /> remediation, quarterly monitoring reports shall be submitted to Public Health <br /> Services, Environmental Health Division and Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (CVRWQCB) until the investigation and cleanup of the site is deemed <br /> adequate (pursuant to Section 2652(d) of the underground Storage Tank Regulations <br /> (California Administrative Code, Title 23, Subchapter 16) . The reports are to <br /> show the: <br /> -status of investigation and cleanup activities <br /> including the results of all investigations <br /> completed to date; <br /> -proposed continuing or next phase of investigation; <br /> -method of cleanup proposed or implemented, schedules for the <br /> completion of the investigation of the site <br /> and remediation; <br /> -monitoring well data including groundwater elevation, pH, <br /> conductivity, gradient; <br /> -analytical results of groundwater or soil sampling; <br /> and <br /> -a site map showing the "zero line" of contamination, if known, <br /> and changes in the above measurements over <br /> the last quarter. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 10 <br />
