Stockton.CA <br /> Site Code: 1284 <br /> Dear `Mary: <br /> ERM-West, Inc.has completed additional work at <br /> 1515 West <br /> twotnewWeber Avenue. <br /> The work consisted of the construction and samplingonitoring wells. This <br /> monitoring wells and resampling of three existing <br /> letter contains a report of our findings. <br /> W <br /> The two monitoringwells were constructed on April 12, 1991 at the <br /> locations depicted in Figure 1. The wells, labeled Mti'V•4 and N'W-5' were <br /> d within <br /> located hydraulically downg;' the <br /> adient of the tank site anhe soil orings at <br /> boundaries of the former tank location, sampled at 5 foot intervals.
