(Dobbas)located in Newcastle, California will be the <br /> lead contractor responsible for removal of the tanks. Dobbas is a <br /> California licensed contractor,license number 479128. Dobbas will be <br /> responsible for emptying and disposing of the tank contents;inerting, <br /> removal and disposal of the tanks; backfilling; and paving. ERM- <br /> West, Inc. will be responsible for overall project management, soil. <br /> and groundwater sampling, and submittal of documentation. <br /> -F-a <br /> The initial task for each tank will be emptying. Dobbas will <br /> l' subcontract the work to Ramos Oil, Sacramento, U.S. EPA ID No. <br /> CAD 044003556. Ramos will empty the tanks and transport the <br /> product under manifest to their facility for recycling. The manifest <br /> M'. <br /> will list Catellus Development Corporation as the generator. <br /> After the tanks are emptied, Dobbas will inert the tanks with dry ice <br /> following guidelines provided by the Stockton Fire Department. <br /> Following insertion of the dry ice, the LEL and/or oxygen level(s) will <br /> be monitored in the tank with a combustible gas meter and/or oxygen <br /> level meter.
