The total <br /> wastewater volume for this study is 971,712 gallons per year. <br /> The comment resulting from the review is attached for your consideration. <br /> Based on the information provided, the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for <br /> standard OWTS usage, pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d), provided the OWTS and 100% replacement area for the existing residences, the existing <br /> temple and the proposed Heaven Temple can meet all minimum OWTS setback requirements. <br /> If you have any questions please contact Michael Kith, REHS, at (209) 468-3444 or <br /> mkith sjgov.org. <br /> �Icihael <br /> j - <br /> Kith, REHS <br /> Program Coordinator <br /> Attachment <br /> C-.
